Who am I? What a profound question. So many ways to answer. In the context of my business, I'm a business owner, an Executive Coach for teams and their leaders, a skilled facilitator, and sometimes ring master. I got a degree in Biology and French back in 1995 because I thought I wanted to be Jacques Cousteau. When it became obvious that people-ing was more my thing, I went into community organizing for a number of years. My favorite part of that work was watching people get clear about how they wanted to live their values, and then giving them the support (or kick in the proverbial pants) to help them do that. So, I started a business to be part of helping more people do that work in 2005, and it's been morphing and growing ever since. I am fascinated by people and their stories, and I absolutely love what I do. Walk your talk--if you're in the Chamber, we should network and learn about one another. I'm game. Are you?
