Key Responsibilities

  • Create original, high-quality artwork tailored for screen printing and embroidery on a variety of apparel and promotional items.

  • Perform color separations, halftone creation, and vector conversions to ensure production-ready files.

  • Set up files accurately for multi-color screen printing and embroidery digitization, using tools like separation software.

  • Collaborate closely with production teams to maintain print accuracy, troubleshoot design issues, and ensure consistency.

  • Modify and clean existing artwork to meet production or client specifications.

  • Maintain version control, organized file management, and proper archiving of all designs.

  • Stay updated on screen printing, embroidery, and print design trends; share insights with the team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (1 year) designing for screen printing and embroidery in a production setting.

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

  • Strong understanding of print production requirements: separations, vector art, fabric prep, and color matching.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills—able to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
    Preferred: familiarity with embroidery digitizing and direct-to-garment (DTG) processes
