Key Responsibilities

Create original, high-quality artwork tailored for screen printing and embroidery on a variety of apparel and promotional items.

Perform color separations, halftone creation, and vector conversions to ensure production-ready files.

Set up files accurately for multi-color screen printing and embroidery digitization, using tools like separation software.

Collaborate closely with production teams to maintain print accuracy, troubleshoot design issues, and ensure consistency.

Modify and clean existing artwork to meet production or client specifications.

Maintain version control, organized file management, and proper archiving of all designs.

Stay updated on screen printing, embroidery, and print design trends; share insights with the team.
Qualifications

Proven experience (1 year) designing for screen printing and embroidery in a production setting.

Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Strong understanding of print production requirements: separations, vector art, fabric prep, and color matching.

Excellent communication and organizational skills—able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
Preferred: familiarity with embroidery digitizing and direct-to-garment (DTG) processes
