Atlas Valley Golf Club is currently searching for a Kitchen Manager/Chef. The position is responsible for the following:
* All operations of the B.O.H. which include and are not limited to Staffing, Menu creation and mangement, Profit and cost controls, Detailed Cleanliness and maintenace off the kitchen including eqipment, prepping and cooking for all events and the menu items for the restaurant.
* Busy season is from Mid March-October and must be flexible with hours, holidays and weekends as they are intricate to this position. Off season hours may vary (Nov.- April) and suplimental employment may be necessary.
* Prior experience in culinary, event management as well as daily restaurant operations is required.
* Pay rate will be based upon prior experience and consistent to industry standards. Other benefits are potentially available as well.
