Please join the Flint & Genesee Group's Women in Action (WIA) employee resource group for a luncheon event celebrating National Women's Equality Day. No cost to attend and WIA will be providing lunch. Event will be held at St. Michael's Conference Center.
We are pleased to welcome our featured speaker, Tarnesa Martin, RN, Patient Resource & Community Advocate for Hurley Medical Center, who will be discussing the topic of "Ensuring Equal Opportunity and Equity for Women." Additionally, we will highlight a panel of women business and community leaders who will share their perspectives and insight, including Kim Dinger - Owner of Kim Rose Fashions, Claudnyse Holloman, ESQ - President & CEO of Voices for Children Advocacy Center, Grace Peabody - President of Peabody Insurance, and Teresa Springer - Director of Operations for Wellness Services of Flint.

Celebrated every 26th of August, Women's Equality Day honors the women's suffrage movement in the US, and remembers the hurdles women had to overcome in their stride towards progress.
