Description
The Flint Institute of Arts and the Ruth Mott Foundation are partnering to host Plein Air artists of all media, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., as they draw inspiration from the 34 acres of Applewood Estate's beautiful gardens, grounds and historic buildings. The public is welcome to tour the grounds and view these artists at work. There will also be strolling tours of the house, performances and kid's painting activities. The completed paintings will be framed and onsite and then installed at the Flint Institute of Arts' Art School. For more information and a schedule of upcoming Applewood events visit applewood.org.
