Chamber Luncheon is back, and we have missed you! This is your opportunity to grow both your network and business knowledge. Please join us for a virtual event that offers opportunities to connect with local and regional members, and up-to-date information on all things on business and community.
Chamber Luncheon will remain virtual for the next several months to ensure the health and safety of our attendees, therefore registration will look a little different. That said, our goal is to make this a simple and seamless process for you and your team. Upon successful luncheon registration, you will receive a separate email communication from our Events Manager with additional details on accessing Hopin, our virtual platform.
Features of our new virtual platform include:
- Live, online events that are interactive & personal
- Networking one-on-one over live video
- Connecting & exchanging virtual business cards for later follow-up
- Watching keynote presentations, sending chat messages, filling out polls, exploring expo area

Join us for a brief exploration into our typical stress responses, and learn new strategies to support you and your teams to navigate these times.
About Sarah:
Sarah Sullivan is passionate about health, wellness and creating communities of opportunity for all. She directs a Healthy, Mindful Communities Initiative at the Crim Fitness Foundation in Flint, Michigan - engaging the education, health, business, community, and civic sectors to co-create a healthier, more mindful, compassionate and thriving community.
Sarah was born and raised in Clarkston, Michigan. She studied abroad in Thailand and Germany, and then spent a decade in Seattle, Washington before returning to her hometown with her husband and twin daughters in 2017.
She started her career as an AmeriCorps member, served as a Youth Development Faculty at Washington State University, and led a CDC-funded health initiative for the state of Washington before finding her dream job with the Crim Fitness Foundation team in 2017. She earned her M.A. in Organizational Design and Systems Change from Seattle University.
