Description
You are excited about the promotion you worked hard to get. However, some of the peers you will be supervising may not be as excited as you. How do you navigate the situation? During this workshop, you’ll gain a better understanding of common challenges and changes that occur when you move from peer to supervisor, the key communication that need to occur during this transition and how to redefine your workplace relationships.
