Employers tend to get into trouble by falling into the same traps and making the same mistakes repeatedly, exposing them to serious potential risk. Often these mistakes are the result of failing to correct common misconceptions about employment laws. In this training session, Facilitator Daniel Tukel, will discuss some of those common mistakes and misconceptions in areas of wage and hour, discrimination, discipline, and recordkeeping, helping employers recognize, and avoid, claims and liability.
