Collaborative Group Development Training Series
The collective strength and knowledge of a group is greater than those of any one individual – which is why this series will teach professionals how to foster collaborative group development. The process aims to uncover those strengths, creating an opportunity for individuals to use those skills as part of the group process. The result? Inspired by Amy Edmondson’s Teaming to Innovate, this workshop focuses on building and developing teams that spur creativity and share knowledge and expertise by working together. Attendees will learn about the five steps of teaming, which include aiming high, teaming up, failing well, learning fast and repeating.
Bart Crawford is the CEO and Founder of Crawford Collaborative Consulting, a consulting firm that helps individuals and leaders collaborate to achieve personal and professional goals.
