Two parking options are available for event attendees to Riverfront Conference Center.
Free University Parking Option #1: University Pavilion Parking Ramp Event attendees can park at the University Pavilion Parking Ramp for no charge. The entrance to the University Pavilion Parking Ramp is located off of Harrison St. (one way street). After parking, take the elevator down to the ground level and exit out the pedestrian walkway which faces the State of Michigan office building. Make a left out of the parking structure and take the walking path towards the University Pavilion. Walk between the University Pavilion and Rink, towards Riverfront. Make a right on Saginaw St., use the pedestrian crosswalk near the bridge to cross over Saginaw St. After crossing Saginaw St., Riverfront will be on the right. The conference center is to the left of the main entrance lobby.
Paid DDA Option #2: Riverfront DDA Parking Ramp DDA parking lots, ramps and metered spots are available at the posted rates. The front entrance of the Riverfront Parking Ramp off Saginaw St. and W. Union St. (one-way street) is closed. Guests can enter the ramp in the rear of the building, off Beach St. or Kearsley St. at the posted rate. There is a sign in the front of the building guiding guests to enter the structure in the rear. After parking, guests can take the elevator or stairs to the ground floor. The entry point to the elevator is located on the third and fourth levels of the structure. Guests will not be able to enter the building through the housing skywalk which is on the third floor, as this is reserved for residence hall students with swipe card access only. After guests make their way to the ground floor, they will walk across W. Union Street and enter the main entrance to Riverfront. The conference center is to the left of the main entrance lobby. Event attendees can park in any UM-Flint owned parking lot or ramp for no charge
