POSTPONED: Updates with Congressman Dan Kildee, SBA, and State of Michigan
The webinar scheduled for today with Congressman Kildee, representatives of the SBA and state of Michigan is being postponed. We want to provide our partners at the SBA and state more time to understand all of the new details related to the CARES Act. The webinar will be rescheduled as soon as possible. Families First Coronavirus Response Act -
Congressman Dan Kildee will provide updates on the federal government’s actions in response to the COVID-19 crisis.
Small Business Administration Program Update -
U.S. Small Business Administration Michigan District Director Constance Logan will explain the SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan to include eligibility, necessary documentation and other important information. She will also briefly speak to the changes to SBA’s 7(a) and EIDL loan programs brought about by the CARES Act, which is currently pending the President’s approval.
MI Unemployment Insurance Agency Update -
Jeff Donofrio, Director of the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity with the State of Michigan will provide an update on details related to Michigan’s Unemployment Insurance Agency.
