Description
Do you want to maximize your company’s performance? The Clifton Strengthsfinder is a tool that is based on the premise that people and teams perform better when we build around our strengths. During this session, participants will identify their top five leadership strengths and learn how to apply the key principles of strengths-based leadership to achieve their goals.
