Description
The St. John Parish Applefest has been a community favorite for over 50 years. Friends, neighbors and families gather each fall for old-fashioned fun! Local moms, grandmas, aunts and cousins complete with their best recipes in the annual Apple Pie Baking contest, while the kids enjoy carnival rides. Bingo, Texas Hold'em tournaments, raffles and live music keep the fun going all weekend long with over 1,000 baked apple pies - served and sold.
