Description

Ennis Center for Children is set to host a balloon release to remember the lives of children who have died due to abuse and neglect.  The event will include the release of balloons, as well as speeches by child welfare service providers and other child advocates.Community members are encouraged to attend.

Paint Our Town Blue is a public awareness campaign, presented by Ennis Center for Children, Priority Children, Weiss Child Advocacy Center, and Whaley Children's Center, that promotes the prevention of child abuse and neglect in Genesee County through education and increased attention to this epidemic. Its aim is to raise attention to its prevalence and the long term impacts it has on child development as well as social and economic conditions in our whole community.
