Flint & Genesee Group is excited to launch our new regional talent attraction initiative, Make Your Move in Flint & Genesee. We know that to fuel our innovative companies, we need to bring the right mix of qualified and motivated talent to Genesee County. Accelerated by the growth of remote work and increasing mobility, the competition for talent has gone global. To overcome our region?s obstacles and meet our goal of becoming a Top 5 Community in Michigan by 2040, our region is in need of a bold, innovative strategy.  
 
This month, we'll launch a new online platform and marketing strategy intended to showcase Flint & Genesee as a destination for innovative talent, connecting them directly to you, our valued employers. We invite you to join us for an informational session to learn more about these efforts, and how this resource can be utilized alongside your own recruiting strategies.
