Today’s strongest companies are often the ones that show the most commitment to the success of their employees. In this series, Betsy Haigh, founder of Awaken Leadership Center, will focus on the importance of Efficacious Leadership™ – an ethos that promotes a purposeful, proactive culture, empowering others to discover and develop their unique skills and talents to create their own future. Session One: How We Lead Matters Knowing and understanding ourselves as leaders directly impacts how well we understand the people we lead. During this seminar, participants will learn techniques of meaningful leadership. They will also be introduced to attributes of self-efficacy, or the belief in oneself to achieve a goal. Cost:  $40/session or $150 for entire series. Four Sessions include: Awaken the Potential of Your Business on April 26, Creating a Culture of Empowerment on September 27, and Goals and Strategies of Efficacious Leadership™ on November 15. This training  will be held at Baker College in Room S128 of the Technology Building. About our faciliatator: As founder of Awaken Leadership Center, Betsy Haigh guides educators, leaders, and executives to create positive change in their organizations.
