In this series, Betsy Haigh, founder of Awaken Leadership Center, will focus on the importance of Efficacious Leadership™ – an ethos that promotes a purposeful, proactive culture, empowering others to discover and develop their unique skills and talents to create their own future. Session Three: Creating a Culture of Empowerment By unleashing the potential of those we lead, we unleash the potential of our businesses to grow and expand. Participants in this session will learn about the importance of encouraging innovation and initiative among those they lead. Cost:  $40/session or $150 for entire series The remaining session is Goals and Strategies of Efficacious Leadership™ on November 15. This training  will be held at Baker College in Room S128 of the Technology Building.
