Description
Effective stress management starts with identifying your sources
of stress (i.e., physical, emotional or behavioral) and developing
strategies to manage them. In this session, attendees will
identify their stress triggers, break down their stressors into
three separate categories and learn strategies and techniques to
reduce long-term stress levels.
Facilitator: Cheri Schultz is a motivational speaker, life coach, author and successful entrepreneur whose wisdom and knowledge is a product of her lessons and experiences.
