Description
YouthQuest, a free afterschool initiative, is hosting a Hiring Fair on Wednesday, September 25, 2019. The program is seeking to fill 20 Learning Guides (Teacher Aides) positions by the end of September 2019. These positions are in the Flint Community Schools.
Positions are Part-Time and average 18-20 hours per week. Starting pay is $13.00/hour.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in direct work with youth and families
- Excellent time management and classroom management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, detail-oriented with strong work ethic
