The Happiness Advantage | Orange Frog workshop provides a blueprint for increasing individual, team, district, community engagement and happiness while igniting people’s intrinsic motivation. The workshop is based on years of research by Shawn Achor and others in the field of positive psychology. It is designed to deliver key lessons from The Happiness Advantage and The Orange Frog parable and provide the foundation for sustained, positive behavioral changes.
