Mott Community College’s Workforce and Economic Development Division (WED) is hosting a Future of Work Symposium June 26 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Regional Technology Center on the main campus in Flint.
This event is designed to inform students, researchers, academia, and industry leaders about emerging technologies and their impact on future work trends. It will feature Nancy Finazzo, Director of Education Success for Lightcast, presenting on Understanding the Future of the Labor Market. Additionally, there will be panel discussions on Integrating Advanced Technologies in Workforce Development with panelists:

The keynote speaker will be Matt Kirchner, President, ATS Labs Midwest, discussing AI and the Future of the Workforce: How Michigan Can Lead, and the closing speaker will be Jack Uldrich, Futurist, Author & Speaker, on Thriving Today and Tomorrow: How to Think About the Trends Transforming Society.
