FIM Capitol Theatre Harrison Street parking ramp available for free for Annual Meeting attendees starting at 2 p.m. From Harrison, turn right (east) onto Kearsley Street to enter the ramp, located between First and Kearsley streets. The Capitol is one block away from the facility. Another option is the Downtown Flat Lot, at 125 E. Kearsley St., which will have parking available for $5. From Harrison, turn left onto Kearsley Street, and the entrance is halfway down the block.

Saginaw Street brick replacement project has restarted! Whether you are coming from the north or south, we recommend you take 2nd Street to Harrison and head north toward the two best parking options listed below.
SECURITY & BAGS:
To ensure the safety of its guests, the FIM Capital Theatre is asking that you minimize what you bring, keeping all bags and purses to no larger than 5”x7” in size. All guests will walk through metal detectors

Description
The Flint & Genesee Group will hold its 2024 Annual Meeting on Thursday, March 14 at 3 p.m. at the historic FIM Capitol Theatre in downtown Flint. The Flint & Genesee Group’s Annual Meeting is a celebration of prior-year achievements. With the theme "Connected for Good," this year's program will reflect on 2023 as a year of building and strengthening connections.
We'll also hear from keynote speaker Matthew J. Rizik, Chief Executive Officer at Rock LLC, the for-more-than profit organization that supports Dan Gilbert's Family of Companies and other investments.
An American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter will be present at the event.
