Flint & Genesee Young Professionals is bringing the energy with Dodgeball, a competition for a cause. Grab five friends, pick a nonprofit you care about, and get ready to battle it out for bragging rights and prize money for your organization.

Financial Plus Credit Union is donating $1,000 to the nonprofit represented by the first-place team, United Way of Genesee County will award $500 to the second-place team’s nonprofit, and The Spins Entertainment is providing a $250 prize for the third-place team’s nonprofit. So every dodge, dip, and throw makes a difference.

Teams are made up of six players, and participants must be 18 or older. Registration is $60 per team, and one registration covers all six players. And you know what they say, if you can dodge a wrench…
