FGYP Presents: DiSC in the Workplace

DiSC® is a personal assessment tool used by more than one million people every year to help improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace. The DiSC^® model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviors with others. During this interactive session, participants will:

• Discover their DiSC® style using the classic DiSC® assessment tool
• Begin to understand others unique styles
• Learn how to build more effective relationships in the workplace
