Description

Empathy is a characteristic just like detail-orientation, public speaking, or organizational skills. It’s more natural for some to display than others. However, it is one of the most crucial aspects of building trust and relationships. Empathy is not just for leaders. We all engage in relationships and need to develop and maintain trust, collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution – to name a few – in our families, friendships, business, and social activities. Come learn how empathy can make a difference in your relationships, and how you can be better at it.

Facilitated by: Julie Bellamy, Sequelle HR Suites
