Description
Dr. Wax Orthodontics and ECO are excited to host our Paddle for Paws event. Come paddle with us and your family as we go down the Shiawassee River for an excellent cause. Proceeds from the event will go towards Adopt A Pet of Fenton, Michigan.
Registration is $15, click the link below. Prices will increase on July 17th. Make sure you get registered quick!
Don’t have your own kayak or canoe? Don’t fret! Call our Downtown Linden friend, E Z Kayak and Canoe Rental, to get your own boat (additional charges apply). Give them a call at, (810)407-0785. Boats are limited to rent so act fast!
Here's a few "Need to Know" details about the event.
1. We will meet at Hyatt Elementary to check in on August 17th. Beginning at 6:00, buses and trailers will be loaded up and taken to the Lake Ponemah launch. (Shuttles provided by Linden School District)
2. You will enjoy a 45 min to an hour paddle ride all the way back to Downtown Linden.
3. Once completed, boats will be pulled out at the Mill Pond and you will be shuttled back to Hyatt Elementary for our after PAW-ty with DJ Jason of JAM Entertainment and other awesome sponsors!!!
4. Pets are MORE than welcome. (Life preservers are encouraged)
