Description
Conflict in the workplace is a natural part of business, and your success depends on understanding how to resolve those issues effectively. Join us to learn about strategies that will help you handle conflict and confrontation head on to generate an atmosphere of mutual understanding.
During this interactive session, participants will learn to:
- Identify and practice methods to constructively engage in disagreements and minimize "workplace drama"
- Describe the cycle of anger
- Understand their primary conflict management style
- Describe and demonstrate how to reduce the risk of disagreements escalating out of control
- Practice and improve the skill of active listening and conflict resolution
Note: Due to COVID protocols, pre-registration is required. We will not be taking walk-ins at this event.
