Description
Studies have shown it takes more effort to find a new customer than it does to keep an existing one. But retaining customers in a growing global market is no easy task. Turning customers into fans who are not only loyal, but also refer others, requires delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations every time. In this session, participants will explore what it means to have a customer-focused mindset and learn six key strategies for providing extraordinary service. They will also learn how and why to building lasting customer relationships.
