Rod Alberts, executive director, of the Detroit Auto Dealers Association (DADA) and the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) and Doug North, chairman of the NAIAS and president of North Brothers Ford will share how car dealers across the state are ensuring the process is safe for consumers. Attendees will learn what to expect from visiting a showroom to test driving a vehicle.
