Join us in welcoming La Piana Consulting, a national management consulting firm dedicated to strengthening organizations for greater impact, for a full day workshop designed to create strategies for achieving the highest level of impact within organizations and the Genesee County community at large. While most nonprofit organization use competitive or “go it alone” strategies for impacting their mission, more and more innovative for-profit and nonprofit organizations from Apple to local YMCAs are implementing collaborative strategies to increase the leverage of their resources for greater community impact. Collaborative strategies are being used to:
- Build board leadership and capacity
- Build staff and organizational capacity
- Develop new solutions for major community issues
- Implement leadership session
- Enhance financial health and sustainability
- Attract more funding from major funders
