Description

Drop in anytime 1–4 p.m. to explore beekeeping! Visitors will meet local beekeeper Jason Bey and learn about how beekeeping in Flint helps create economic opportunity and environmentally diverse neighborhoods.

The enduring legacy of Charles Stewart and Ruth Mott is their extraordinary commitment to civic participation. From preserving our history to volunteering in community, we’ll demonstrate ways that anyone can engage in civic life. This year’s topics are focused on historic preservation and getting involved in the community where you live.

Drop in to Civic Matters anytime from 1–4 p.m. on the first and third Fridays of the month through October. Admission and activities at Applewood are always free!
