This training is designed to help small businesses, and entrepreneurs learn how to structure and develop a business plan. A business plan provides data and the current successes of your business that appeals to lenders, and to potential investors. Business plans serve as a resume for your business and will provide your business with a plan for operational and financial success. Join us as we break down the step-by-step sections to create a business plan for your next or current business venture.
