5NP is a set of points located in the outer ear that have been used together to heal and calm your emotional and physical self. These points can be treated with tiny acupuncture needles. 5NP has been used for over 40 years worldwide to support harm reduction, recovery, and emergency response work.
Not a fan of needles? No worries! The same results can be achieved with “ear beads” or “ear seeds,” which are small pellets attached to a tiny bandage adhesive.
